VentureJournal requires access to your device's location to function. Location data is stored locally on your device and is not shared with third parties except for the What3Words and OpenWeatherMap APIs used to generate stories. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. In-App Purchases

Some features (additional story genres) require one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

4. No Warranty

VentureJournal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudioBaran is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VentureJournal.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to VentureJournal at any time, for any reason, without notice.
